Terms & Conditions
Introduction: These terms and conditions of use govern the use of The Killington Classic (the “Event”), which is organized by Foreplay Golf Company (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Tickets: All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without providing a reason. The Organizer may also change the date, time, location, or content of the Event, and any such changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable.
Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person from the Event who breaches this standard of conduct or engages in any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer.
Photography and Recording: Â Attendees may be photographed or recorded by the Organizer or its partners, and such materials may be used for promotional purposes.
Liability: The Organizer accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by attendees, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and security at all times.
Intellectual Property: The Organizer and its partners own all intellectual property rights in relation to the Event, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyright. No attendee may use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vermont, the city of Killington, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vermont.
Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Organizer’s website or otherwise communicating to ticket holders.
By attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
