Event registrations and admission
Green Mountain Classic team registrations and Golf Expo admission are non-refundable after purchase except where required by law or where Foreplay cancels the applicable event without providing a replacement date or substantially equivalent experience. Registrations may not be resold. Contact us before attempting to change a team captain or participant.
Event changes or cancellation
If Foreplay cancels an event, the purchaser will receive instructions regarding a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled date. Weather delays, format adjustments, venue changes, and schedule changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; original shipping charges are not refundable unless the shipment was incorrect or defective.
Processing
Approved Square refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
