These terms govern your use of the Foreplay Golf Company website and your purchase of event registrations, Expo admission, merchandise, and related services from Foreplay Events, LLC.
Purchases and registration
You must provide accurate purchaser, contact, team, billing, and shipping information. A team or admission is reserved only after payment is approved and a confirmation is issued. You are responsible for reviewing the event format, dates, venue, inclusions, and total price before completing payment.
Event changes
Golf and live events can be affected by weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, participation levels, and circumstances outside our control. We may reasonably adjust schedules, formats, locations, activities, or event content. Material changes will be communicated to registered purchasers using the contact information provided.
Participant conduct
Participants and guests must follow venue rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and respectful standards of conduct. We may deny entry or remove a participant whose conduct threatens safety, disrupts the event, damages property, or materially affects other guests.
Photography and media
Events may be photographed or recorded. To the extent permitted by law, attendance grants Foreplay permission to use event images and recordings for event documentation and promotion. Contact us before the event if you have a specific concern.
Intellectual property
Foreplay names, logos, event marks, website content, graphics, and original media are owned by Foreplay or used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
Participation in golf, travel, food and beverage activities, and live events involves ordinary risks. To the extent permitted by law, Foreplay is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost or stolen personal property, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Vermont law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Vermont unless applicable law requires otherwise.
