These SMS Terms apply when you voluntarily ask Foreplay Events, LLC, doing business as Foreplay Golf Company, to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Foreplay presents separate, optional, unchecked choices for informational texts about your registration, account, and event participation and for promotional or marketing texts. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase or event registration.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on event activity and your relationship with Foreplay. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Reply HELP for help, email info@foreplaygolfcompany.com, or call (802) 788-8269.
Privacy
We record the consent language, source, date and time, and the mobile number used to document your choice. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
